1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Orbit VPN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the application and discontinue use of our secure network ports.
2. Fair Use & Prohibited Actions
You agree not to use Orbit VPN for any illicit, malicious, or damaging activities, including but not limited to: running DDoS floods, sending bulk spam relays, hacking external ports, or violating trademark/copyright distributions.
3. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
We provide Orbit VPN on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime on our worldwide routing clusters, Motech Studio does not guarantee constant speed, latency stability, or uninterrupted virtual tunnel access.
4. Modifications of Service
Motech Studio reserves the right to modify, add, or terminate individual proxy locations, bandwidth limits, or routing protocols at any time without prior notice.
